With seven miles of pristine beach, Ocean Isle Beach offers unique beach communities perfectly suited for families. The sloping strand offers gentle surf generally without strong currents. There are no bright lights, heavy traffic or other daily concern. Miniature golf, museum visits, swimming and beach activities for fun filled family days. Mild seasonal changes offer beach enjoyment year round!

Ocean Isle and Sunset Beach offer miles of  pristine beach that is perfect for a walking.

AIRPORT

Bikes

The islands are about equal distance from Wilmington (ILM) Airport and the Myrtle Beach Airport  (MYR).

Biking is a great way to get around. Ocean Isle just added new bike lane on East and West First Street.

Sunset Beach

Sunset Beach offers beautiful views of seemingly endless sand.  With no high-rises or boardwalks this island's focus is serenity.  Take a walk to the Kindred Spirit Mailbox where visitors are invited to share their thoughts and stories in the pages of the notebooks within.  It is no wonder National Geographic named Sunset Beach one of the top 21 beaches in the world.
